SAMPLE SALE ITEMS

Allow 5 working days for delivery. Sale items are posted out first class Royal Mail and are 'signed for'. 

Returns must be posted back Royal Mail 'signed for'. As sale garments are greatly reduced you will be responsible for this fee when returning an item.

If a returned item appears to have been worn or damaged unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund. If you would like to return an item please send me an email and I can advise you on how to make a return. 

 

If there is damage or the item is showing traces of being worn I will not be able to issue a refund with the item being returned to the customer at cost to them.

Shipping Policy

 

All garments are handmade with care and attention to detail right here in the Kingdom of Fife. Please Allow 21 days from placing your order to delivery. This can often be much quicker but I will communicate lead times when you place an order.  They are posted out first class Royal Mail and are signed for. 

We also ship our frocks and fashion accessories worldwide. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please allow and extra 7-14 days for shipping however at peak times this can take  alittle bit longer.  Shipping will cost customers outside of the UK £15.

If you need something by a certain date email me prior to ordering to my email address.  I will be happy to advice your further.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note that due to recent changes in duty, delivery and handling charges, I can not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made outside of Europe.

 

All non-custom or altered items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. If a returned item appears to have been worn or damaged unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund. If you would like to return an item please send me an email and I can advise you on how to make a return. 

 

If there is damage or the item is showing traces of being worn I will not be able to issue a refund with the item being returned to the customer at cost to them.

 

Please ensure measure yourself with a proper measuring tape and do not guess your size before placing an order,  I can offer alterations to a garment but this will be an additional cost. Please look at the size chart before placing an order to avoid this.

HOMEWARES

 

All my products are made to order and sent by RoyalMail 48 hr service, a guaranteed delivery the day after despatch apart from weekends. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt. 

 

I will contact you via email when your order is ready to ship. If you live local to Dunfermline I can deliver.

I do offer international postage on some homeware items please check with me before placing an order.
